Designed to complement the small town charm of Matthews NC, the Market Hall was envisioned to be a mixed use project, accommodating micro- retail, a micro food hall along with office space and a rooftop amenity. Consisting of two stories, totaling +/- 15,000 s.f. of usable area, the bold masonry architecture reflects early 20th century.
