An extensive conversion of a 40,000 s.f retail shopping center into a conference center and sanctuary for Mt Zion Baptist Church. Work included the careful insertion of a new steel superstructure that comprised the basis of the 400 seat sanctuary. The conference center included food service areas, conference rooms and numerous classrooms.
