Founded in 1997, Urban Architectural Group is a well-known and well-respected Carolinas-based architecture firm with the philosophy that our architecture should be rooted in practical matters of building, enhance its place in the community, and aspire to the enduring nature of art. For over 25 years we've held fast to our beliefs, completing more than 2,000 projects in 17 states. But more noteworthy than any number is the immeasurable amount of respect we've earned.

Matthews, NC

Comprised of over 250,000 square feet of residential living, this unique multi-family project brings to the table a diversity of housing and building types.

230 apartment units are spread over six buildings, with either a conditioned or walk-up style. In addition, 20 townhome-styled apartments add to the diversification.

Brakefield Event Venue

ROCK HILL, SC

Brakefield is part of the larger riverwalk mixed-use community, and serves as a conference center or reception facility for up to 300 patrons.

6,000 square feet of beautifully-sited property sits along the Catawba River.
